Canadian Natural Resources Limited in Calgary, AB, invites you to join as a Financial Marketing Student. You will work with experienced professionals on fundamental analytics, price tracking, and market research within the Marketing team.

The term begins May 2027 (8 months) and September 2027 (12 months), with a 5-on, 2-off shift and a focus on Excel-based analyses, budgeting, and economic insight. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 2nd or 3rd year degree program in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Experience in oil and gas marketing is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Paradox, Freelance, PowerPoint or other database knowledge is an asset.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to track and follow through on tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist Marketing with supply/demand fundamental analytical projects.
• Track drilling activities, production, inventories and pipeline news.
• Assist in Technical Price analytical projects, including crude oil prices and gas prices.
• Prepare weekly budgeted natural gas pricing using databases and spreadsheets.
• Assist in monthly tracking of Natural Gas Liquids production.
