• 5+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, financial services, payments, or strategic partnership management with a track record of delivering growth.
• Proven ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership within complex partner organizations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data, trends, and market insights into actionable growth strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to lead impactful business discussions.
• A self-driven, accountable, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently delivering results.

What You’ll Bring

This position comes with a base salary $70,000 - $75,000 + quarterly performance bonuses (OTE year 1 $80,000 - $95,000) + benefits.

For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $0.0-$0.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. This position is eligible for bonus.
