Job summary

TD Bank Group offers a 24-month Associate Program for new graduates in Toronto designed to attract, develop and retain top talent and build a leadership pipeline within FCRM. You'll complete four six-month rotations across AML, sanctions, ABAC, and governance.

Throughout rotations you will apply strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to advise internal teams, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to process improvements while being mentored by senior leaders.

  • Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills; can see the “big picture” in a complex or ambiguous environment
  • Ability to develop solid business relationships with clients, business partners and stakeholders
  • Well organized; can prioritize multiple tasks and deliver results on multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator with the ability to impact and influence others; demonstrated presentation skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

For TD Bank Group (TD) to remain competitive, it is essential to selectively take and manage risks. TD acknowledges that having a strong risk culture and a robust approach to risk management is fundamental to our ongoing success. FCRM is responsible for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML), anti-terrorist financing, sanctions, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption legislation and prudential risk management across the global footprint of TD. We direct the design, content and enterprise-wide implementation of the FCRM Program at TD. FCRM teams act as proactive and trusted advisors to TD business lines while supporting a consistent, adaptable and effective culture across the organization.

About the Program

Our 24-month Associate Program for new graduates is designed to attract, develop and retain top talent and build a leadership pipeline within FCRM. In this program you'll complete four customized, six-month rotations within FCRM where you may learn more about:

  • Business Segment Oversight/Advisory Teams
  • Financial Intelligence Unit
  • Centralized Sanctions Group
  • Policy, Training, and Governance

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Educational Requirements; Must be graduated between May 2025 and May 2027 with a bachelor's degree in a business-related field.

Program Location and Start Date: Toronto-based program which starts in July 2027. Candidates must have graduated prior to start (including final grades, excluding convocation).

Hours & Workplace Model: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
