You’ll be the go-to finance lead, working directly with the owner and heading up a small but mighty team of two. Your main mission? Keep the numbers tight, the financials on point, and help the business stay on track. Job Requirements :

• A minimum of 10+ years industry accounting experience
• Canadian CPA qualification or equivalent is a must
• Construction industry experience required
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle accounting, month-end closing, project accounting & costing, financial reporting, AP, AR, budget & forecast, cash flow management, tax compliance
• System implementation experience is a nice to have
• Proficient with MS Excel skills and experienced with ERP systems – exposure to Construction software – Jonas would be a plus
• Comfortable leading and mentoring a small team
• Independent, strong problem-solving skills and able to work with minimum guidance / supervision
• Eager to learn and possesses a strong business acumen
