Qualifications

  • 5-10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Analyse von Finanzberichten.
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, alle Aspekte von A/R, A/P und G/L zu verwalten.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Lead monthly closings and adeptly prepare monthly financial statements
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, metrics, and management reports to guide senior management in strategic decisions
  • Enhance cash flow management and foster day-to-day banking relationships
  • Coordinate the preparation of internal and external financial statements
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting
  • Offer recommendations for benchmarking financial and operating performance
  • Liaise with external auditors, leading financial audits and suggesting improvements
  • Provide financial analysis for contract negotiations and investment decisions
  • Participate in, and often lead, systems improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with statutory taxes and financial regulations
  • Undertake other duties as required

Qualifications :

  • 5-10 years of experience in the preparation and analysis of financial statements
  • Proven ability to manage all aspects of A / R, A / P, and G / L, including reconciliations
  • Strong analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and interpersonal) and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate at all organizational levels
  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet, and word processing programs
  • Highly proficient in email and calendar management
