A leading company in the Health and Human Services sector is seeking a Controller to oversee financial operations in Mississauga. The role involves managing finance functions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading a team to enhance operational efficiency. The Controller will lead financial operations to ensure timely collections, payments, and reliable payroll processing. This role also provides oversight to departmental leads in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Payroll, and Administration. Additionally, the Controller will oversee external financial statement audits, guide corporate accounting policies, and manage a group of administrative and support functions—including scheduling, facility management, and revenue operations.
