A day in the life as a Financial Consultant:

• You will utilize your charismatic, outgoing, and social abilities to attract new business and grow existing relationships. At Westoba, our customers are members, and we rely on superior service to ensure a memorable Member Experience for every member, every time.
• You will build long-term, quality relationships both internally and externally. You will create strong rapport with your team members, turning to them for referrals and warm hand-offs. Once in front of the member, you can showcase your talent by providing exceptional service and ensuring satisfaction in every interaction.
• You will promote Westoba in the community through positive word-of-mouth, engaging with our social media, and participating in volunteer efforts for causes and events. We are community-focused, supporting both our local community and others where we operate.

What You Bring To The Table

• Formal post-secondary education in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Services.
• Minimum two years of sales experience, whether in financial or retail industries; previous lending experience is an asset.
• A forward-thinker with a can-do attitude who can adapt to any situation.
• A proactive individual eager to grow our book of business.
• A high-energy person who enjoys variety and can get things done.

Term end date - April 16th, 2026

Pay range for this position is $20.88 - $31.50 hourly, based on skills and experience.

Note: Due to a recent merger, Westoba Credit Union is now legally operating as Assiniboine Credit Union in English and Caisse Assiniboine in French. This position is part of Westoba, a division of Assiniboine Credit Union, during the transition. Further details will be provided if shortlisted.
