Financial Analyst X2

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting for land and construction development projects (GL, AP, financing)
• Oversee third-party accountants and handle bank reconciliations and HST filings
• Support CRA audits as needed
• Prepare monthly financial reports and draw packages for lenders and partners
• Reconcile project budgets and provide clear, value-add commentary
• Coordinate funding to meet ongoing project cash flow needs
• Collaborate with the development team to provide financial insights and streamline tasks
• Set up bank accounts, CRA accounts, and new project entities
• Organize, code, and submit vendor invoices for payment
• Assist with year-end audits and ad hoc accounting requests

About You

• 1 years of experience with full-cycle development, or project accounting
• Must be CPA enrolled
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are a must
• Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, xlookups)
• Must have valid post-secondary education within Accounting, Finance or related fields
• Experience with Yardi is a large asset

Salary Range

$70,000 - $76,000/year
