About the Role:

This position plays a vital role in supporting strategic decision-making by analyzing financial performance across both retail and wholesale operations. You’ll be expected to work overtime when needed to meet critical deadlines—particularly during budget preparation and quarterly reforecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and report monthly financial results, highlighting key insights for senior leadership.
• Evaluate sales, margins, operating costs, and inventory performance across multiple channels.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts—including working extended hours to meet tight deadlines.
• Conduct cash flow, profitability, and capital expenditure analyses.
• Build financial models to support growth initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, mitigate risks, and spot growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent designation preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of financial analysis experience in the retail and/or wholesale sectors.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
