Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an accounting firm or in corporate financial reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, ideally in the process of obtaining CPA title.
  • Good knowledge of IFRS is an asset.
  • Fluent in French and bilingual.

Responsibilities

  • Working on month-end closing with the accounting team.
  • Analyzing ongoing projects and reflecting progress in the books.
  • Analyzing margins and inventories.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and analyzing variances.
  • Conducting ad hoc analyses and projects.

Skills

Experience in an accounting firm or corporate financial reporting
Knowledge of IFRS
Bilingual (French-speaking)

Responsibilities
As a financial analyst, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Working on month-end closing with the accounting team
- Analyzing ongoing projects and helping to reflect the progress of work in the books
- Analyzing margins and inventories
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and analyzing budget/actual variances on a monthly basis
- Ad hoc analyses and projects

Qualifications
For this Corporate Financial Analyst role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in an accounting firm or in corporate financial reporting
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, ideally in the process of obtaining the CPA title
- Good knowledge of IFRS (an asset)
- French-speaking, bilingual
