Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for our client in the real estate and construction sector. This is a permanent, hybrid position based in Brossard, serving the South Shore of Montreal.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the treasuries of developing entities and participate in monthly investor funding requests.
2. Coordinate monthly funding requests.
3. Design financial analysis reports and perform variance analyses monthly and upon request.
4. Prepare quarterly and annual reports for investors.
5. Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements.
6. Assist accounting technicians with accounting entries.
7. Coordinate condominium unit deliveries with notaries.

Qualifications

• Accounting designation required (CPA or CFA asset).
• BAC in accounting or finance.
• Over 4 years of experience in a similar role or in an accounting firm.
• Construction experience is an asset.
