Financial Analyst, Performance Management

Join us to apply for the Financial Analyst, Performance Management role at Intact.

This role involves managing and analyzing financial aspects of IT initiatives within IT&Labs, supporting stakeholders with insights into budgets, forecasts, benefits, and financial performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making through detailed reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support PFR (Prioritization and Funding Review) and Budgeting: Collect requests, challenge items, prepare executive presentations, support cost estimation, track financial performance, and review resource planning.
2. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Monitor portfolio movement, collaborate with IT stakeholders, develop reports and dashboards, analyze trends and variances.
3. Benefits, Risk, and Compliance Management: Identify and track financial benefits, support documentation, lead benefits discussions.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with finance teams, project managers, and stakeholders, communicate financial findings clearly.
5. Process and Tools Improvement: Enhance financial tracking processes, evaluate tools, support defining financial standards.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Over 5 years in financial analysis, project finance, or similar; familiarity with project management methodologies; proficiency in SAP, Oracle, etc.

Skills: Advanced Excel skills, analytical mindset, experience with Power BI/Tableau, strong communication skills.
