Position Summary: The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our client's manufacturing company. This position is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to management to aid in decision‑making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights into business performance.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning.
• Cost Analysis:
• Analyze manufacturing costs and variances to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in developing cost reduction strategies and optimizing operational efficiency.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, and provide explanations for variances.
• Capital Expenditure Analysis:
• Evaluate capital investment proposals and perform financial modeling to assess their impact on profitability.
• Provide recommendations for capital expenditure decisions based on financial analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and compliance with accounting standards.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis:
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as requested by management.
• Support decision-making processes by providing timely and accurate financial information.

Qualifications and Experience
