Financial Analyst II / Transactions Management Analyst

This role involves processing securities investment transactions and supporting related trade lifecycle events. The analyst provides support to colleagues, resolves transactional issues, and contributes to central initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of North American and international investment transactions.
• Resolve transaction processing issues by liaising with Portfolio Managers, investment offices, and other divisions.
• Maintain data integrity and generate forecasts and accounting reports for various investment types.
• Develop and implement procedures and controls in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support new initiatives affecting securities operations, including documentation and training.
• Identify operational improvements through analysis.
• Follow SOX controls and document daily tasks and risks.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in securities and investment environment.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in French (reading, writing, speaking); proficient in English.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Proactive team player.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
