About this team

The FP&A team manages lululemon's financial performance, acting as strategic partners in decision-making. We work across departments on various projects, providing opportunities to learn, contribute, and develop skills in business and finance. A day in the life

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, the Financial Analyst will execute financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will communicate results to senior leaders, partner with business units, and provide insights to support strategic decisions.

  • Lead strategic planning, annual budgets, and monthly reforecasts.
  • Investigate variances to budget and forecast, identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis for month-end and quarter-end reviews.
  • Develop financial models and dashboards to illustrate performance.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and ad hoc analyses.
  • Support revenue analysis and KPI planning to identify trends and risks.
  • Conduct scenario planning and assess impacts on revenue.
  • Manage SG&A reporting and dashboard improvements across the FP&A team.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of progressive finance, analysis, and reporting experience in dynamic environments.
  • Experience in retail is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion or similar financial planning software is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel; PowerBi experience is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent team player with independent work capabilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Workplace arrangement

This role is classified as Hybrid. Work is onsite at least 4 days a week. Applicants must be located in or willing to relocate to the specified location.

Compensation & Benefits

The typical salary range is $66,000 - $86,600 annually, based on location and experience. Benefits include bonuses, health and dental coverage, paid time off, retirement matching, discounts, wellness programs, development opportunities, and more. Eligibility for certain benefits depends on specific criteria, and lululemon reserves the right to modify offerings at any time.
