I'm looking for a Financial Analyst/FP&A for a pharmaceutical company located in Brossard, with a hybrid work schedule of 3 to 4 days in-office per week.

Role Overview

As a Financial Analyst, you will contribute to the achievement of the company's financial objectives by acting as a business partner, ensuring monthly analysis of results and financial reporting. You will be responsible for carrying out various financial analyses and preparing budgets to enable informed business decisions and increase focus on profitability.

Your main responsibilities:

1. Extract, collate, analyze, and interpret financial data from various company systems.
2. Analyze monthly results and present findings to stakeholders.
3. Collaborate in updating computerized dashboards and support stakeholders in determining key performance indicators.
4. Carry out ongoing financial forecasting processes.
5. Perform financial analyses for investment decisions or other ad hoc modeling.
6. Produce long-term financial projections, from five-year strategic planning to annual budgets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with financial information systems and in financial analysis functions.
• Hold a CPA professional designation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel (pivot tables, reporting functions), and experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics (AX or 365).
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI / Power Query is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical skills and good judgment.
• Demonstrate autonomy, intellectual curiosity, resourcefulness, leadership, proactivity, prioritization, and organization.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability in a growing company and willingness to be an agent of change.
