The Home Depot Canada is seeking a Financial Analyst to combine finance, analytics and collaboration for practical recommendations and forward planning. You will build models, dashboards and reports to simplify complex data and present insights to leadership.

The role emphasizes budget forecasting, cross-functional partnership, and a focus on driving performance with data-driven storytelling, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• 1 to 3 years of Financial Analyst or financial business-partnering experience.
• Ability to deliver in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate business questions into data-informed recommendations.
• Support monthly budgeting and forecasting and explain drivers.

• Support monthly budgeting and forecasting, analyze results and explain what is driving performance.
• Build financial models, dashboards and reports that make complex information easy to understand and act on.
• Present concise insights and recommendations to management and senior leaders.
