What you’ll do
  • Prepare, monitor and analyze budgets and forecasts, and investigate variances while identifying risks and opportunities
  • Produce insightful, and analytical commentary and reporting to assist the decision making of financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • Build and improve financial models to assist with regular and ad hoc analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with various teams to consolidate financial results
  • Anticipate and support evolving financial performance reporting needs and work with cross functional teams to drive improvements and process changes
What you bring
  • University degree or College diploma in Business, Finance/Accounting, or business related discipline, currently pursuing an accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA)
  • 1 - 3 years (co-op experience included) in a business or financial analysis role
  • Experience with building and improving financial models
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex financial results and build and maintain strong relationships
