Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
  • Accounting or finance diploma/degree or equivalent experience necessary.
  • Previous automotive experience is an asset.

Job description

FFUN is looking for a dynamic individual to join our corporate team. The ideal candidate is someone who loves financial analysis and is an Excel pro.

The Financial Analyst is expected to be highly organized and detail-oriented, persevering, assertive, enthusiastic, and approachable. The individual must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop and produce monthly divisional financial reports with KPIs and trend analysis
  • Assist in the creation of operating KPI reports for departmental meetings (new car, used car, parts, service)
  • Produce financial scorecards for dealerships and divisions
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of monthly and annual forecasting and budgets
  • Produce operational and accounting reports and analysis from software used in operations including V-auto and CRM systems
  • Support the corporate team with basic accounting functions
  • Assist the corporate team with projects and other ad-hoc requests

Key Qualifications :

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Accounting or finance diploma or degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of office accounting systems and experience with computer systems
  • Knowledge of CDK, DealerVu, and/or PBS is an asset
  • Previous automotive experience is considered an asset
