Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Financial Analyst/FP&A professional to develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets. You will analyze performance across service lines, build business-case models for growth, and support year-end planning.

The role collaborates with business development on new client opportunities, evaluates staffing and pricing assumptions, and conducts margin analysis and scenario modeling. You will present findings to leadership and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Financial Analyst or FP&A
• Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Experience building and maintaining financial models
• Experience presenting insights to stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills

Pay for this position is $29/hr
