Overview

My client in the entertainment industry is hiring a Financial Analyst. They offer a hybrid schedule in Brentwood, TN. Base pay range : $75,000.00 / yr - $95,000.00 / yr. Responsibilities

• Analyze current and past financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Assist with and maintain performance dashboards, KPI tracking, and other financial reporting.
• Provide variance analysis on revenue, cost of sales, capital expenditures, and other critical metrics.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and insights for leadership.
• Support strategic decision-making with ad hoc analysis and financial modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 1+ years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite or other enterprise systems preferred.
• Strategic thinker with strong data analysis skills; SQL knowledge is a plus, but not required.
