We are growing rapidly and have recently achieved product-market fit. As we scale, we’re seeking a Financial Analyst to help us—and our customers—understand performance across multiple dimensions. In this role, you’ll support key strategic decisions, own financial models, and conduct detailed analysis around customer value, ROI, and cost structures.

What You’ll Do

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of helping our team make smarter, faster decisions. You’ll drive insights in four key areas :

1. Revenue & Profitability Management

• Unit Economics Modeling – Own and maintain detailed forecasts of revenue and contribution margin by product.
• P&L Forecasting – Provide current and long-term financial positioning through regular reporting and analysis.
• Pricing Optimization – Partner with stakeholders to manage and refine pricing strategies and cost structures across clients and vendors.

2. Strategic Decision Support

Data-Driven Strategy – Inform executive decisions on deal structures, fundraising, and prioritization through deep analysis and modeling.

Business Intelligence – Deliver insights that shape leadership’s understanding of business performance and future opportunities.

3. Customer Value Analysis

Customer ROI Measurement – Collaborate across teams to gather and analyze data that quantifies customer outcomes.

Outcome Communication – Create dashboards and visualizations to clearly communicate value and performance.

Sales Modeling – Support the sales team with client-specific pricing, scenario planning, and deal structuring.

4. Operational Finance

Automated Reporting – Build scalable, automated systems to track key financial and operational KPIs.

FinOps Management – Work with our cloud and data teams to ensure accurate client billing.

Cost Management – Monitor and optimize operational cost structures.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and a bias for action. You might be a great fit if you have :

2+ years in a financial or analytical role (e.g., strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting).

Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis. You’re comfortable in spreadsheets, but you prefer structured data environments.

Experience creating clear, compelling stories through data using spreadsheets, business intelligence tools, and visualizations.

A knack for distilling complex data into actionable insights, tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving. You can spot trends—and flaws—in data models quickly.
