Position Summary

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing budgets, analyzing financial data, generating forecasts, and providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support performance monitoring, cost optimization, and revenue tracking.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze financial performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics including revenue, costs, profitability, and variance analysis.
  • Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand performance drivers and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Utilize tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Adaptive Planning to design and deliver dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Work with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) to extract, consolidate, and analyze financial data.
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial information.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and financial models for special projects and senior leadership presentations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data quality.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a Financial Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficient in using budgeting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Adaptive Planning.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent Excel skills; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience working in service sector organizations, particularly media, advertising, or consulting industries.
  • Familiarity with project-based financial reporting or client profitability analysis.

How We Work

This role requires two in-office days per week, with three days in-office during the three-month orientation period. Fully remote work is not available for this position.
