Job summary

Exceleris in Toronto, Canada is seeking an Operational Finance Analyst to turn data into insights that drive profitability. You will prepare profitability reports, extract and clean large datasets, and partner with operational leaders to recommend actions.

Develop and maintain dashboards, support budgeting and forecasting, analyze billing processes, monitor hours and unbillables, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance finance initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in operational finance or financial analysis.
• Strong experience with financial reporting, profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools, financial systems, and AI tools is an asset.
• Experience building dashboards and analyzing large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
