Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst will provide service to both external customers and also support internal management. The Financial Analyst will assist in all accounting policies, procedures and processes.

Specific Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management and Cash Application
• Assist with the General Ledger and all supporting sub ledgers, including fixed assets, inventories, prepaids and accruals.
• Process corporate credit card statements and expense reports.
• Assist in month end process by preparing various account reconciliations.
• Support the Controller in providing monthly financial reporting and analysis to management.
• Support the Controller in providing analytical reports as part of the monthly reporting package.
• Assist with product pricing analysis and reporting.
• Regular account reconciliation and preparation of journal entries.
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts and report actuals against forecasts.
• Assist in process and control systems development.
• Assist in coordinating and participating in physical inventory counts; investigate variances as needed and prepare adjusting entries.
• Ad hoc accounting activities.
• Support the Sales team in providing sales reports and metrics.
• Support in preparing and presenting clear and concise financial reports, dashboards, and to internal stakeholders.
