Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required.
• CPA designation completed, or in progress is preferred. Other professional training considered.
• 2-5 years of experience in an accounting, finance, analytics, continuous improvement or other quantitative-based position.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership capability.
• Able to work both as part of a team and independently.
• Excellent Excel skills. Knowledge of TM1, PowerBI, Tableau, Cognos or other database and reporting tools considered an asset.

• Proactive trend analysis to help management understand potential issues and recommend corrective action.

• Analytical support for capital investment and initiatives.
