Reporting to the VP, Finance & Business Administration, you will play a key role in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. You will also supervise accounting staff and contribute to process improvements and system transitions.*Qualifications:*· CPA designation required;· 5+ years in financial analysis, accounting, or a senior controller role;· experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAGE, Ceridian);· experience in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation;· leadership and mentoring experience; and· experience in not-for-profit or regulatory environments preferred.*Skills/Abilities:*· proficiency in ASPE, GAAP, GST/PST legislation;· advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, modeling);· familiarity with Concur, Moneris (an asset);· strong analytical and problem-solving skills;· excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;· adaptability and a process improvement mindset.*Key Responsibilities:*· prepare and present monthly and annual financial statements;· lead year-end and interim audit processes;· supervise a small team of accounting staff;· ensure compliance with ASPE, TSASK policies, and tax legislation;· champion ERP transitions and data automation;· develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts;· analyze financial performance and provide insights;· support cost-reduction strategies and financial planning;· supervise accounting team members;· lead finance-related projects; and· collaborate across departments to support business growth.*What We Offer:*Competitive SalaryExtended Health and Dental PlanPension PlanShort-term & Long-term DisabilitySick Leave and Vacation Leave*Closing Date: July 25, 2025*If interested, please forward your cover letter and resume to hr@tsask.ca.
