Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end financial support for an office setup project, including budget tracking, cost analysis, and variance reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to define KPIs and track performance
  • Establish processes for measuring and reporting on project benefits
  • Support financial forecasting, reporting, and month-end activities
  • Assist with contract and invoice management, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improved financial efficiency and reporting

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant financial experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting projects from a financial perspective
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is an asset
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
  • CPA or CFA (in progress or completed) is considered a strong asset
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
