The Opportunity

Siemens Mobility is seeking to hire a Financial Analyst within the Customer Service business unit to support our main project. The ability to multi-task and meet challenging deadlines will be critical. This role is based in Oakville, ON or Montreal, QC with a hybrid work schedule.

What will you do?

The Financial Analyst will handle financial, accounting, and commercial tasks in the Rail Infrastructure Maintenance portfolio.

• Perform monthly closing activities, support financial controlling, and reconcile project cash flow and standard deviation analysis using SAP.
• Ensure compliance with Siemens FRG and local GAAP requirements.
• Oversee billings and cash collection with our main customer.
• Maintain trend and variance analysis for Cost Centers.

What will you need to succeed?

• A finance or accounting degree with 3-5+ years of experience in finance/accounting or relevant industry/project business experience.
• Advanced analytical abilities, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and proficiency as a Key User of SAP SD & PS.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams.
