Financial Analyst, Employee Benefits

We provide the training (teach you the ropes). In this role, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing client information to discover the story behind the numbers to allow our clients to make the best-informed decisions regarding their benefits offerings. You will work with internal Benefits Advisors and Insurance carrier contacts to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of our client service standards.

What will you do?
  • Work as a team with Employee Benefit Advisors to retain assigned book of business by providing superior analysis and service in a timely manner
  • Accurate maintenance of client records
  • Review monthly and quarterly reports produced for clients
  • Renewal analysis, negotiations and custom presentation creation
  • Identify claiming patterns and highlight changes or results outside the norm
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Solid analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work with multiple team members on multiple clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
