Inspirato is seeking a dynamic, highly analytical, and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The FP&A team plays a key role in shaping strategic decisions by delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights across the organization. As a core contributor, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business to analyze performance, develop financial models, and support high-impact initiatives that drive growth.
Responsibilities:- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain short- and long-term financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Business Performance Analysis: Analyze financial results, key metrics, and drivers to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Financial Reporting: Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis (actuals vs. budget and forecast); assist in preparing executive and board-level reporting packages.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with department leaders to develop and review budgets, monitor spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide strategic financial support.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Conduct financial analysis for strategic initiatives such as pricing, new product development, and partnerships.
Requirements include:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (experience in hospitality or public company FP&A a plus).
- 1–3 years of relevant financial analysis experience.
- Strong Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Solid understanding of financial statements and core business metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 CAD Base SalaryWe believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training, and experience related to scope of responsibilities.
Paid Time Off: Accrues each pay period, totaling 15 days annually, plus nine paid holidays.
FAM Trip: After one year of employment, eligible for one three-to-four-night stay per calendar year in an Inspirato property, subject to availability and program terms.
