Job Summary

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Financial Accounting team, focusing on prepaids & fixed asset accounting. Responsibilities include preparing account reconciliations, analyzing general ledger accounts, ensuring timely processing of journal entries in accordance with IFRS and company guidelines, and supporting process improvements through ad hoc projects.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out month-end close activities, including reconciliations and analysis of G/L accounts, monitoring accruals, and preparing journal entries.
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
• Maintain and update fixed asset sub-ledgers, ensuring accurate tracking of asset capitalization and disposals.
• Perform reconciliations between fixed asset sub-ledgers and the general ledger.
• Collaborate with other teams on asset capitalization and disposal information.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to financial data quality, transactions, and reconciliations.
• Participate in projects to improve the accounting close cycle and support business decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
