  • Ensure data integrity across all systems, validating the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data used for reporting and analysis.

Systems Administration & User Management:

  • Act as the systems administrator, managing new user setups, providing support, and training to ensure efficient and effective use of the FP&A tool across the organization.
  • Support future enhancements and continuous development of the FP&A tool, including integrating new entities into the tool

Reporting, Dashboarding, & Visualization:

  • Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide clear, actionable insights to management and key stakeholders.
  • Create dynamic, user-friendly visualizations to help communicate financial performance, trends, and forecasts effectively across different teams and departments.
  • Continuously develop efficient reporting tools to support decision-making. Wherever possible, align and streamline the team’s processes, including ensuring that manual analysis drives value.

Support Month-End Close and Reporting Activities:

  • Support FP&A month-end close activities, including actualization of monthly results, management and board reporting, variance analysis, & consolidation of financial results across multiple entities.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all presented materials (P&L, management and board reporting, & financial systems)
What you'll bring to the team:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a relevant FP&A role
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, including Excel
  • Strong analytical skills in order to research and escalate issues.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data discrepancies, ensure reporting accuracy, and maintain data integrity across financial systems and processes.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines
  • Salesforce, Netsuite, and/or Adaptive experience (or similar ERP/EPM tools)
