Job Description

MAJOR DUTIES :

The Intermediate Financial Analyst will leverage their CPA skills to enhance processes, eliminate waste, and drive cost savings in a growing division preparing to scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :

  • Financial reporting and accounting activities, including month-end reporting, reconciliations, and inventory analysis.
  • Managing cash flow, working capital, sales tax, and treasury forecasting.
  • Supporting internal and external audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Developing financial models, forecasts, and budgets, and analyzing variances.
  • Ensuring adherence to IFRS and SOX standards.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred or in progress.
  • At least 5+ years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred), Excel, and VBA.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
