Job details

We are seeking a Financial Analyst for a manufacturing company in Brossard. This is a permanent hybrid position.

Main duties:
  1. Prepare monthly financial analyses and reports for management and departments.
  2. Review month-end financial statements and improve closing processes.
  3. Assist in budget production and variance analysis.
  4. Implement and monitor financial performance indicators.
  5. Support development and implementation of projects.
  6. Support accounting technicians and backup team members.
  7. Reconcile daily cash flows.
  8. Analyze credit files for new customers.
  9. Prepare monthly GST/QST returns.
  10. Reconcile inter-company accounts monthly.
  11. Review journal entries and request adjustments.
  12. Analyze raw materials received and update systems.
  13. Participate in year-end audits.
  14. Perform other tasks for departmental smooth operation.
Profile required
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or administration.
  • CPA designation.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with D365 is a plus.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
