Our Advisors are customer-centric and able to connect with people in a relatable way. As a key member of the Canadian Banking Branch network, our focus is to provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s journey by:

  • Taking a proactive approach to discovering customer needs, listening to understand their requests
  • Educating customers, providing relevant insights and expert advice
  • Building comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals
  • Nurturing strong, long-standing relationships
  • Developing, retaining, and growing the branch business by meeting individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience

What you need to succeed…

  • The appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment aligned with customer goals
  • Ability to uncover and address customer needs
  • Mutual Funds license and working towards the CIFP Diploma
