What you’ll be doing

Our Advisors are customer-centric and skilled at connecting with people in a relatable way. As a vital part of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your focus will be to deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey by:

  1. Taking a proactive approach to discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requests.
  2. Educating customers with relevant insights and expert advice.
  3. Building comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals.
  4. Nurturing strong, long-standing relationships.
  5. Developing, retaining, and growing the branch business by meeting individual and team sales goals that enhance the customer experience.
What you need to succeed
  • The drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
  • The ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment aligned with customer goals.
  • The skill to uncover and address customer needs.
  • Mutual Funds license and progress towards the CIFP Diploma.
