What you’ll be doing…

Our Advisors are customer-centric, connecting with clients in a relatable way. As a vital part of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your focus will be to provide exceptional service throughout the customer journey by:

• Proactively discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requests
• Educating customers with relevant insights and expert advice
• Building comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals
• Nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships
• Developing, retaining, and growing the branch business by meeting individual and team sales goals that enhance customer experience

What you need to succeed…

• A strong drive to build customer relationships and deliver excellent service
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment aligned with customer goals
• Ability to uncover and address customer needs
• Mutual Funds license and progress towards the CIFP Diploma
