What you’ll be doing…

Our Advisors are customer-centric and connect with people in a relatable way. As a vital part of the Canadian Banking Branch network, our focus is to deliver exceptional service throughout the customer’s journey by:

  • Proactively discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requests
  • Educating customers and providing relevant insights and expert advice
  • Building comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals
  • Nurturing strong, long-term relationships
  • Developing, retaining, and growing the branch business by meeting individual and team sales goals that enhance the customer experience

What you need to succeed…

  • A drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment aligned with customer goals
  • The ability to uncover and solve customer needs
  • Mutual Funds license and working towards the CIFP Diploma
