What You’ll Be Doing

Our Advisors are customer-centric, connecting with clients in a relatable way. As a vital part of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your focus will be to provide exceptional service throughout the customer journey by:

  • Proactively identifying customer needs through attentive listening
  • Educating customers with relevant insights and expert advice
  • Developing comprehensive, holistic plans to help achieve customer goals
  • Nurturing strong, long-term relationships
  • Growing the branch business by meeting individual and team sales goals that enhance customer experience
What You Need To Succeed
  • A passion and drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment aligned with customer goals
  • Ability to uncover and address customer needs effectively
  • Mutual Funds license and progress toward the CIFP Diploma
