What you'll be doing

Our Advisors are customer-centric and connect with people in a relatable way. As a vital member of the Canadian Banking Branch network, our focus is to provide exceptional service throughout the customer journey by:

  1. Taking a proactive approach to discovering customer needs, listening to understand their requests.
  2. Educating customers and providing relevant insights and expert advice.
  3. Building comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals.
  4. Nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships.
  5. Developing, retaining, and growing the branch business by meeting individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience.
What you need to succeed
  • The drive and motivation to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment aligned with customer goals.
  • Skill in uncovering and solving customer needs.
  • Mutual Funds license and progress towards the CIFP Diploma.
