What you’ll be doing

Our Advisors are customer-centric and able to connect with people in a relatable way. As a vital member of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your focus will be to provide exceptional service throughout the customer journey by:

  1. Proactively discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requests.
  2. Educating customers with relevant insights and expert advice.
  3. Building comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals.
  4. Nurturing strong, long-standing relationships.
  5. Developing, retaining, and growing the branch business by meeting individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience.
What you need to succeed
  • Ability and drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment aligned with customer goals.
  • Skill in uncovering and addressing customer needs.
  • Mutual Funds license and working towards the CIFP Diploma.
