What you’ll be doing

Our Advisors are customer-centric and connect with people in a relatable way. As a vital part of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your focus will be to provide exceptional service throughout the customer journey by:

1. Proactively discovering customer needs, listening to understand their requests
2. Educating customers with relevant insights and expert advice
3. Building comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help them achieve their goals
4. Nurturing strong, long-standing relationships
5. Developing, retaining, and growing the branch business by achieving individual and team sales goals that support positive customer experiences

What you need to succeed

• The drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment aligned with customer goals
• Ability to uncover and address customer needs
• Mutual Funds license and working towards the CIFP Diploma
