A wealth management firm in Toronto is seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support financial advisors and manage client needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, critical thinking abilities, and at least 2-3 years of experience in the investment sector. This role offers a full-time position with a salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 plus bonuses and opportunities for professional growth.

Job Description
This role will be responsible for managing the needs of our clients while providing operational and administrative support to financial advisors in a fast-paced wealth management office.
The ideal candidate can think on their feet, tries to solve problems before asking for help, has great critical thinking skills and a nice to have would be a basic understanding of investment accounts in Canada.

This position will assist the team in many areas of our wealth management practice, including answering inbound calls, preparing account and service paperwork, managing multiple computer systems in a paperwork-intensive environment, providing customer service both in-person and over the phone, facilitating and resolving client service requests, scheduling client meetings, generating and mailing correspondence, and completing other various tasks as assigned.
