About the Opportunity:

Are you driven, coachable, and interested in building a business in the financial industry with the support of a mentorship-driven team? We are expanding our Toronto-based financial services practice and are seeking ambitious individuals looking to grow personally, professionally, and financially.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5. Instead, it's an opportunity to develop your own business within the industry — offering financial literacy, insurance solutions, investment education, and legacy planning services to individuals and families.

What You'll Do:
  • Educate clients on concepts like debt management, saving strategies, insurance protection, and investment basics
  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients through personalized financial needs assessments
  • Assist families in making informed financial decisions by providing product recommendations from leading Canadian providers
  • Attend weekly trainings and workshops to develop product knowledge, compliance understanding, and client communication skills
  • Work independently while being mentored by experienced leaders
What We're Looking For:
  • Self-starters with strong communication skills and a desire to help others
  • Individuals seeking either a part-time side project or full-time career path
  • No prior experience required – full training and licensing support provided
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada and able to complete required provincial licensing (LLQP for insurance; MFDA/IFIC optional later)
  • Students, recent grads, and career changers are welcome
