The Role

As an independent Financial Advisor with Co-operators, you will be an entrepreneurial-minded leader and a high-achieving business builder managing your own insurance agency with full support from an established company. You will build strong community ties and cultivate long-term client relationships, helping Canadians assess, define, and implement solutions to meet their financial security needs using our technology, tools, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients, discuss risk management and financial goals, and conduct reviews to empower informed decisions.
  • Develop community relationships to increase agency visibility and maximize new business opportunities.
  • Create and execute business, operational, and marketing plans supporting community resilience.
  • Recruit, coach, and manage team performance to achieve agency goals.
  • Maintain licenses, ensure ethical compliance, and adhere to policies and regulations.
