What will you do?

  • Communicate with clients to learn about their needs and help them achieve their goals.
  • Provide professional advice and education, addressing complex credit and investment needs for both personal and business clients.
  • Collaborate with market-leading professionals in financial planning, retirement planning, mortgages, and business banking to ensure clients receive customized advice.
  • Leverage technology to enhance client experience, drive sales, and improve retention.
  • Proactively resolve and prevent client banking issues.
  • Implement relationship-building strategies and support new client acquisition within the local community.
  • Educate clients on RBC products and services, including digital banking features like mobile, ATM, and online banking.

What do you need to succeed? Must-have

  • Valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
  • Completed Certificate in Financial Services Advice through CSI (Personal Financial Service Advice and Financial Planning I).
  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience in financial services, handling credit and investments.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Digital literacy across devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).

Nice-to-have

  • Fluency in a second language.
  • Active involvement in the local community, with a strong network.
