You will manage your own insurance agency with the full support of an established company. As an independent contracted Financial Advisor, you will build strong community ties and cultivate long-term client relationships. Using our exclusive technology, tools, and processes, you will help Canadians assess, define, and implement solutions to meet their financial security needs.

How you will create impact :

  • Prospect new clients to discuss risk management and financial goals, conducting reviews to empower informed decisions.
  • Cultivate community relationships to enhance agency visibility and maximize new business opportunities, contributing to sales and growth goals.
  • Develop and execute business, operational, and marketing plans supporting sustainability strategies to strengthen Canadian communities.
  • Recruit, select, coach, and mentor talent, managing team performance to facilitate development and achieve agency goals.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, ethical behavior, corporate policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.

To join our team :

What you need to know :

  • Will meet clients and community members regularly outside the office.
  • Must have own vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
  • Support clients experiencing personal or financial loss, requiring confidentiality and discretion.
  • Subject to criminal and consumer background checks if hired.
