Ecclesiastical Insurance Canada,who are proudly part ofBenefact Group, are looking for a Financial Accountantto join our Torontooffice.
Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Accountant supports the finance team by ensuring accurate financial reporting, preparing journal entries, and reconciling all GL accounts. This role is responsible for general accounting, reinsurance accounting, billing and collections from reinsurers, tracking financial close calendars, leading the planning and budgeting process, and supporting both internal and external audits. Additionally, the Financial Accountant plays a key role in assisting with management, regulatory, and Head Office reporting.
