Qualifications

• CPA designation completed or in progress is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in full cycle accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of property management accounting experience.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Base salary will be from $60,000 to $80,000 plus bonus, defined-benefits pension, extended health and dental, plus other perks including excellent corporate culture and place to learn.
